Internet Explorere does not find pages w/ ICS

using Windows XP prof and dial up connection I set up the
client (same set up) do use the dialup connection of the
host.

However, Internet explorer either can't find the page or
just does not display the page.

I use static IPs on the clients w/ gateway 192.168.0.1

DNS IP blank.
