Internet Explorer problem

how can i reload internet explorer without reloading all of
my programs & files? it will not work and even though i
now use netscape, it still bumps me out.
 
Download the distribution version (complete) for Internet Explorer 6. Run
the setup.exe installation program. If you have upgraded before. Select to
reinstall all components.
Afterwards reinstall Windows XP SP1.
