Cannot Connect to Certain Internet Sites

I cannot connect to most http sites but can connect to https sites. I
believe one uses port 443 (https) and the http://www uses port 80. I have
another computer (the one I am on now) that works fine (even though slow) I
disabled all firewalls and McAfee security....I know it is not my wireless
router and ISP cause this one works. Is there at network setting somewhere
that I am missing? I worked up until about 2 weeks ago. I also deleted and
reloaded Internet Explorer

And look for LSP / Winsock corruption.
