Your not going to find anything by taking it apart, all the indications are
that your driver is incorrect

I845E is the intel chip, I cannot locate the mobo from the rest of the #

The multiple monitor shown in device manager is allmost irelevent, its an
indication that the vid driver/device is not 'right'

My motherboard is name is FIC VC19. The driver s3SavageIX v7.9 did not
download at that link. Another one did that was not s3SavageIX v7.9. It was
something. All different colors. Then it switched to a page to sell me
something.

NB S3 ceased production and driver support in 2002, as such it is entirely
possible that the winxp driver might be problomatic with sp2
