internet explorer help

I downloaded some stupid file or program that put an extra
menu bar on my internet explorer. It's causing all my
applications to run very slowly or not at all. How do i
fix this and remove this mune bar? Thanks, Dustin

If you feel tricky, you can rid of this through your
Registry file. BUT-Make it easy on yourself and get a
(free) program called Spybot S&D. It's a program created
by James Kolla, and fixes registry files without the
possibility of screwup. (It lets you backup a step if a
problem occurs.)
Read about it thoroughly once downloaded, and run it every
few days. You'll be amazed at how many spies and hijackers
it will rid of....It's scary.
