internet explorer error message

I'm getting an error message "performed an illegal
operation and will be shut down" when I try to access
most sites. Details show msvcrt.dll. Any ideas?

I'm in the same spot. Some sites open, but the ones I
need don't. I've upgraded, fixed, reinstalled, and
nothing has worked.

I had some success on www.spywareinfo.com. I scanned with
spybot from their free download and alos their free
hijack link. I can now get onto the wesites I want but I
still have virtual bouncer and DSD exploit on my
computer. Check out the forums on the spywareinto site
for advice. Good Luck
