Internet Explorer connection settings

Does anyone know if there is a way to disable Internet Explorer/Tools/Internet Options/Connections tab from being accessed by Users so that they are unable to change the Lan Settings on networked PC's
 
Use Local Computer Policy (template is available) ADMIN TEMPLATES> Windows Componant> Internet Explorer

Disable Changing Proxy Settings
Disable Changing Automatic Configuration Settings
Disable Intyernet Connection Wizard
