Internet Explorer - cannot find server/page

My homepage upon startup is msn.com. Upon initial startup of my system, the
page will load, no problems. However, if I exist all programs and leave my
computer for an hour so, when a return to open internet explorer, it cannot
find any pages. If I restart my computer, everything returns to normal. I
do not have any viruses or spyware, etc. Any suggestions on my problem?

Is this after you installed SP2 on Windows XP? I had the same problem.
Everytime I start up my computer now.. I go to the task manager and end the
"aktgov.exe" process. This allows IE to function normally. I dont know what
it is, but by ending that process, it works.

I don't have that execute function in my task manager, but if I notice it,
I'll give that a try. Thanks. Any other suggestions?
