I can get into internet explorer and move to different sites through links
on the page, but when I try to place websites on the address bar and go, the
hour glass comes up and I'm stuck. Any ideas?
 
Yes. Bet you installed KB908531 latest windows update. I had similar problem
and when I uninstalled it, problem went away.

Many thanks. I also had this problem when I let the latest batch of patches
install on 4/13. Uninstalling KB908531 cured the problem.

Any way to get the word to MS to make them aware?
