Internet Explorer 6.0 problems

When I try to launch IE, it says:
You don't have permission to launch this program or something like that...

Try to log in with an account having administrative privileges. To
verify the state of your account, go to Start > Run and type
control userpasswords2
select your account, click on properties and see to which group it
belongs. You can go to the 'groups' tab, select other, and choose
administrators, click OK to apply.

This will give your account administrative privileges.
