Internet connection

Could somebody help.A friend can only connect to the internet once for every
ten times they try.The p.c is only a year old but they only recently got
connected.I think they need new drivers but I cant be sure.Any other
suggestions.Any help would be great.

Do you have dial up or dsl cable connection. Check with the internet server
and see if they can help. Bill
