hi,
i've done something to my internet connection so it dials
as soon as i switch on my laptop how can i reverse this so
it prompts me when i click on my internet explorer.

Hi,
I think I might have the answer to your question. I need
to know a few things. Is there a checkbox that
says 'Connect Automatically' next to it? If so is it
ticked? If yes untick it.
If it still does it try this:
Go to 'Dial up Connections' in your Control Panel. Right
click on your internet connection and select properties.
Click on the 'Configure' button next to your modem
settings. Then there should be a button the says 'Show
Terminal', Click it.
