Internet Access Logoff

Perhaps someone can advice
I recently bought a new Pentium 4 PC with Windows XP professional
My problem is that when I am logged onto the internet, after 6 to 7 minutes the system responds with the erro
nessage belo and then reboots
I would really appreciate if anyone has advice on this one
