Generic Host Process Problem

Out of the blue I am getting these msgs:


Generic Host Process for Win32 Services
has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

then I get the other one:

This system is shutting down. Please save all work.
This shutdown was initiated by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Windows must now restart because the Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
service terminated unexpectedly.

Please HELP. this msg is appearing more often.
I just reinstall windows and it continue to appear.
