Insufficient system restore exist to complete API

This message comes up and the computer keeps rebooting itself, if someone has
any suggestions that would be great. OS- WinXp

Also the error message: lsass.exe-system error comes up.

HELP!!!!
 
ur system is infected with sassear worm look for patch on microsoft site
