lsass.exe error after power outage

I am receiving a lsass.exe system error that says "Insufficient resources
exist to complete api" when i boot. I also sometimes get a lsass.exe
Operation Failed "The requested operation was unsuccessful." I was not
trying to hibernate when this happened. It occured when i rebooted after a
power outage. It was a very quick power outage, so quick another computer i
had on didnt even shutoff. I have run tests on my memory and hard drives and
they are fine. The computer wont boot and just restarts after i click ok on
the error screen. I also can not start up in safe mode. Thanks

If this is because of the sasser vrius how do i use microsoft's tool which
is .exe if i cant boot at all. thanks

Nevermind it turns out i did not have enough space on my hd to boot. which
is odd considering i hadnt been downloading anything. But its all great now.
