Insufficient system resources exists to complete the API

Hi,

Whenever my system attempts to go into hibernation I get this error message
"Insufficient system resources exists to complete the API"?

My system specs are as follows:

Processor: Intel Pentium 4 Duel Core 3.2Ghz
RAM: 2Gb
HD: C:300Gb, D:160Gb
Graphics: Nvida Gforce 256mb
O/S: Windows XP SP2

Can someone please assist.

Did you install the correct motherboard chipset drivers? These are
drivers to allow WIndows to correctly "understand" how to"talk" and
"use" the chipset of your motherboard. Check with the manual for your
PC/motherboard or the manufacturer's web site.

Thanks for your reply, but that does not seem to be the problem as all the
files / drivers are up-to-date.

I have the same problem, but not all the time so I know my system is caoable
and configured to hibernate. I have have tried defragging, shuting down
applications, ...., and have gotten it to hibernate. But the results are not
reproducable, so I have not been able to tie it to any one resource being
short, space, memory, ...
