installshield wizard says that there is another intalation in procese, but
there is no other, there is also, no error number, I restart the computer and
nothing, doesn't let me install nothing else, how can I cancel that other
intalation, if i don't even know what it is.

HELP PLEASE

The "InstallShield" engine is third-party software. See if this article

When I have had this problem I find that if I open the task manager and go to
the processes tab and end the process of the program that is supposedly
installing then I am able to install the program I want to.

open the windows task manager and click on the processes tab end any install
program process and then try to install your program again.

Restarting the computer would certainly have ended existing installer processes,
so if the same message repeats next time, it might be due to the existence
of some persistent file(s) or registry key(s) which the installer creates,
and takes as evidence that another instance is running.

A Google search will turn up many suggestions,
