Installshield missing dll

When loading a software, Installshield will not extract file DLL_.ini Binary
table and quits the setup. The window is headlined "Installshield Wizard DLL
Custom Action Failed" Is there a correction process for this? There is no
error code associated with this. (Windows XP, SP2)
Thanks in advance

This is an installation issue. Basically, setup is having trouble
extracting a file. Several possible reasons for this. Your source for
assistance to resolve the issue would be with the program vendor. Check
their support pages online or contact their technical support.

In the meantime, some things to try:

-Empty your temp folder. This is a hidden folder found under Documents and
Settings\<your account>\Local Settings\Temp. Use Folder Options> View to
make the folder visible. Then use My Computer or Windows Explorer to locate
the folder and manually delete its contents.

-Or, if installing from CD, copy the contents of the CD to a folder on your
hard drive and try running the installation from there.

Thanks Rick and Sharon for your replies.....Rick, your site was absolutely
the right cause of action. The disabling and deletion of files, enabling
procedure did the trick. You all are geniouses!!!
Thanks again,
Doug
