Installshield Wizard DLL Custom Action Failed

Hello....When now trying to install a new software that I had previously
installed months before and worked, I now get a message window headlined
"Installshield DLL Custom Action."
The message box contains a yellow exclaimation point and the message is:
Failed to extract File Dll_.ini from Binary Table. This is something new to
occur. There is no error #. The InstallWizard will then end and state that
installation has been interupted and the "Finish" tab is all that I can hit.
The Install Wizard does prepare to install but is halted by this message. Am
I now missing a file from my reg?
Thank you all very much for hopefully a quick fix.

Is possible to install software from CD using a Windows Installer?
Or bypass the Installshield Wizard?
