installshield wizard problem??? Urgent

Let me try keep to this simple & to the point

On attempting to uninstall Dreamweaver MX I got an error that I was missing
the Ctor.dll file.... I have managed to download that file... then on re
attempting uninstall I got a new error from InstallShield Wizard:

"An error occurred while launching setup.
Class not registered" ....

WHAT has happened and what do I do to fix this??
I have to uninstall this program and cannot do so...

PLEASE help! Urgently
I'm not a PC techie, so please be patient... just a PC operator ... when
you guys come with Registry fixes I am clueless... just in case that what
may be needed here!

Ok, never mind ... found how to fix it on my own! Googled "Class not
registered" and found where & how to update ... something to do with
ikernel... and hey presto... I can uninstall... yippeeee...
