32-bit Setup Launcher/Installshield Wizard errors....arghhhhh!

For some time now my pc won't install programs because an error occurs either
with the 32-bit setup launcher or the installshield wizard. I can't find my
Windows XP Pro disc but is there a fix for this on the web? Can I find a fix
to overwrite the problem area in Windows?? This is causing a real problem as
this is a business computer and I don't know what to do?? Help!!!!

I´m haveing the same prooblem it seems like it´s in C:\program files \common
files\installshield\engine\6\intel 32\iuser.dll That´s all i know soo
please help us somebody ?????

Same problem here... also tried to reinstall the installer for XP Pro no
luck, trying to reinstall my sync software for my Ipaq... still can not use
it''

I did a R repair reinstall of XP and still did not fix the problem can't
reinstall my active sync software for my iPaq

I am having the same problem with the 32-bit setup launcher. Using xp pro and trying to install photoshop.

Anybody have an answer to this problem?

Hmmm same probs with photoshop 7 and XP Pro 64 bit.


Any ideas ??
