I'm getting a message on the screen.

I'm using XP PRO + Windows 7

Can someone tell me what this is. Is there a way to fix it without
reinstalling my system?

Call your ISP and ask them, this is part of their security package. The
product is developed by Authentium and some ISPs use this product as
part of their security package. Is there an option to remove it in
Add/Remove programs?
