Setup Launcher Error

To whom it may concern,

I recently installed the SP2 update to Windows XP professional and now when
I try to install software from my CD ROM drive I get this error message.

"Setup Launcher has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry
for the inconvenience."

I did not use to have this problem. I would appreciate any assistance that
any one could give me.

Go to IE, tools menu, options, advanced tab, and scroll down to the security
area, to put a check in the box to allow activeX content to run from CD
drives
