Unable to open an InstallShield setup file

I've downloaded a video game demo file (256 MB) from Download.com by using
the Download Accelerator software, but after it's finished, i noticed that
the file has the "unknown type" icon which makes it unaccessible although
it's an InstallShield Self-Extract file! When i click it, it goes directly to
the "open with" window where i have nothing to choose since as i thought,
these types of self-extract files don't need a certain software to get
accessed. What's really strange is that when i go to the file's properties
window, i can't read "EXE" in the "type of file" line! But i can read
"InstallShield (R) Setup Launcher" in the "Description" line. The file
version is (7.1.100.1248) and i hope i've included all the info needed to get
this problem solved 'cuz i don't think i will download all the file again!

New files downloaded onto your system will not run unless you rightclick the
file, Properties, and click the "Unblock" button (e.g. a htm file that runs
activex)
