I downloaded a trial version of panda antivirus software it appears that
there was a problem with the file when my computer starts it goes to the
installshield and says it is trying to install the program but it cant I
have tried to delete the program without success any ideas? I downloaded a
uninstaller from panda but am still having this problem

Did you save the download to a folder or you desktop, or just where? Find it & make a note of where it is.

From Start menu, select RUN, type in

MSCONFIG <Enter-key >

Look at Startup tab. See if you can find the program from Panda listed there. Also, look closely at the entry in the column called "Location".

InstallShield has given many people some heartburn over the years.

Since being taken over by Macrovision, it is practically impossible
to find the original InstallShield consumer page which is at:

From there you may, with some difficulty, locate:
