InstallShield screen BLANK

I am getting a recurring installshield screen that is almost completely
blank. The tabs are blank, the buttons are blank, it is completly void of
any text except two check boxes that say Wal-Mart Music Downloads Store and
InstallShield Update Manager.

Can anyone help me fix this?

i have nearly the same issue. but my installshield screens have no
text at all..

I have the very SAME issue...same screenshot. The only text that s shows up
is on the second tab (which I don't know the name of since it's blank) with a
list of 4 programs that are checkmarked, two are jasc photo programs, and one
is the Walmart Music Downloads Store, all of which I have.

Is there a fix or should I even be concerned about it all. The
InstallShield icon pops up in my systray one a week, and that is how I
noticed it. Can someone please respond to our problem? Thanks so much!

I have the very SAME issue/same screen shot. The screen does not have any
text EXCEPT on the second tab (@ the top) which has four programs listed, one
of which is Walmart Music Downloads store, and they are all checked. The
InstallShield icon pops up in the systray once weekly, which is how I noticed
this.

Can anyone offer help or advice? or should I even be concerned about it all?
