screen partially blank on InstallShield UM

When run, InstallShield Update Manage on my system (came with a few
tools I have) never shows its full screen. The full window appears on-
screen but only the top quarter shows up, the rest of the window is
blank. Obviously, I can't see any of the functions, features or
buttons in the blank part so I can't use this tool. I installed the
latest UM from InstallShield hoping this would fix the problem but
it's still there.

I'm running Vista 64-bit. No other applications behave this way.

Any idea how to fix this?

I have the same problem; have you found a solution? I am running 32-bit Vista
Ultimate , SP1.
