Installshield DCOM problem

Please help me , when i try to install any installshied program i got this:
The installshield engine (iKernel.exe) could not be launched
%1 is not a valid win32 application

and in event log i got this:

Unable to start a DCOM Server: {91814EC0-B5F0-11D2-80B9-00104B1F6CEA}. The
error:
"F:\Program Files\COMMON~1\INSTAL~1\Engine\6\INTEL3~1\IKernel.exe -Embedding
is not a valid Win32 application. "

I still have the problem. Nobody don't know a solution?
Now i remembered that this happened after i installed the ms05-039 and
ms05-047 security patches together please help me
