Please help me experts out there!!! I have been trying for 4 days and
countless hours to fix this problem.
I am trying to install palm software from the website because I lost my
cd-rom. The InstallShield Wizard starts working, looks like everything is
ok, and starts extracting "IsScript11." Then when it gets to the wait while
preparation for your installation begins screen comes up, the "next" button
never lights up and I am frozen. (I think the technical term is that the
screen hangs?) Anyway, I have looked up solutions on the palm website (no
help at all), microsoft websites for install wizard (same no help), and
followed various directions to steps for "install shield fixes," which I dont
even know if that's the problem. PLEASE HELP!
