Installing Terminal Services on win2k

I have a small workgroup consisting of mostly xp pro workstations but
also have a couple Win2k boxes. I'd like to access the win2k machines
from my xp systems ala RDC. This is a no-brainer between xp systems but
don't have a clue wrt win2k systems. Can someone point me to the
software I need and how to configure it?

RDP does not work with W2000 Pro. You can use for example:
http://www.realvnc.com/
