Installing speech on XP (no SP2)

MS has a page saying speech recognition (speech to text) is available with
XP (see this page:

But I couldn't find it in my installation. My XP installation CD didn't
specify it as part of the optional components and already installed
accessories and utilities.

So where the heck is it available for installation??

It comes with office. It's part of office as the help file says.If you download the Speech SDK you can get them there as well.

* Open Word

* click Tools > Speech > When you're asked if you want to install the
feature. Click Yes
