how do I install speech recognition on my windows xp?

I am having trouble trying to get speech recognition on the system. I went to
windows help and it sayed to go to add/remove programs, then find microsoft
office xp then change. well I dont have microsoft office xp. what can I do to
get the speech recognition installed? please help.

LOL! I think the answer would have something to do with an Office CD.
I would suggest you get one.

If you're too stupid to follow what the instructions are telling you, then
may I venture to suggest that you're too stupid to use a computer, full
stop...?

I find it hard that you type a question that has the answer contained within
it, yet you don't know the answer to said question.

Or, are you just finding it hard to believe that you have to PURCHASE a
program that gives you those capabilities?
