speech commands

hi there. this is my first time with speech recognition and i need some
advice please.
as far as i understand, i set up my computer, xp home, and now i am sitting
in front of my screen and try to figure out what i could say to it;) (this as
a picture)
i tried to look up some commands in help and on various windows web pages,
but couldn't find anything! any tips anyone?
