Installing Microsoft Office Professional2000

Hi,
i am trying to install the program Microsoft office 200, on my computer
which is XP, now i need to install it as i need access for an assignmnet,but
it wont let me install as i need two mdt files and i cant access them so how
can i make asscessible?????

HELP ASAP would be greatly appreciated
