Installing an older version over windows xp home

At the business I work at, we just bought 3 new workstation computers, they
all came with windows xp home sp2, but we need to install our old copy of
windows
xp pro sp1 to the machines.

I put in the cd and try to install it but I keep getting an error saying the
operating system I am trying to install is older and it wont give me the
option to install anyways.

Is there a way around this without having to completely reformat the
computer and having to reinstall all the drivers and everything?

A Google search for your problem would have come up with the answer pretty
quickly..

Slipstream/integrate SP2 into your installation media.
I assume you have three licenses (non-oem) for Windows XP Professional?

Look for AutoStreamer to make your job pretty easy.

Is there a specific reason for needing winxp sp1?
If so you would have to format / install
