Installing older version XP over newer.

The laptop I have won't boot from cd and doesn't have a floppy drive.
On it is XPpro SP2 Dutch but I want to install XPpro Polish. When I want to
install it the error "can't install a older verision over a newer" keeps
comming up.
Is there a way to work arround/override this?
I allready tried slipstreaming sp2, didn't work.

One cannot install a different language version of Windows XP
over an existing different language version. A "clean install"
would be required.
