installation problem with new mb

Installed new mb & processor, now windows 2k won't boot.
Get Stop Error every time. Can't boot into Safe either.
Suggestions?

you can find in microsoft.com Knowledge Base the

solutions (you have to extract some sys file).
and you have to creare e file reg after that the system
work on the new motherboard.
