Installation problem

Help! Replaced my mb and while I was at it, replaced the
processor. Now on boot I get Windows Stop errors. Can't
boot into Safe Mode either.

Suggestions appreciated!!!

Excuse me,
But did you reinstall Windows???
Or simply put the harddisk back, as used with the old MB??

News hardware (MB), another Processor...
Thats like kidnapping someone and drop him blindfolded in a new
house in a new city..I guess he will "crash" too ;)
