installation problem from Win2000 - XP professional keeps rebooting itself

I have installed the xp software and the software has
loaded and tries to reboot. It gets to the setup is being
restarted page and then it just reboots again for the
start and keeps ont rebooting. Is there a way i cang et
around this

Am having same problem,

install process get to ~ 34 % then restarts,

would like a solution, since i have 7 more PC's to upgrade?
