I cant seem to get into Safemode or normal mode the system just keeps
rebooting with out fully loading. I get as far as the windows XP screen then
the PC restarts over again. It is a continuous loop. Can anyone offer any
seggestions on why this is happening or what would cause it

I too am having this problem. Have managed to use function key f8 as soon as
press 'power on' which allows you to set and stop autoimatic reboot. Getting
the stop code : ox000000c2 (ox00000043, oxd475e000, ox00000000, ox00000000) -
bad - pool -caller
How do we get around this. My pc came pre-installed with windows xp so I
have no xp disc and the pc does not have a floopy drive to download to floppy
to another pc.
Help! Also when initiating the boot with 'command prompt' it doesn't get to
the stage where you acn enter a command!

Was this part of an upgrade or did it just start ?

If an upgrade then if like mine it was a hardware issue... I pulled the
Vidio card, Modem and a USB expansion card and got it to bott and then I was
able to start trouble shooting.

Modem card was teh problem

Hope this helps.
