install xp pro 64 bit

trying to install xp64 by itself on a seperate drive and it hangs at the end
of setup just as it is trying to start windows. any sugustions? Also tried
to do as dual boot, it hangs at the same place.

Hi,
I jave XP Professional Ed. and want to install XP 64-The installation goes
through text installed (loads all drivers) then freezes with message "Setup
is Starting Window"-
I have a Dell XPS 400, Pentium D 64 bits (Intel EM 64T).
Any help is appreciated.
