Install XP HM from scrapped computer to a new self built unit

The new unit has AMD Athlon 64 on Gigabyte MB with Sata drives, when I tryto
load XP disk (recently brought for old computer) I get message : please
load a full version of XP press F3 to escape.
2/ I also get asked to load driver from floppy and get message txtsetup.oem
not found
 
So many questions: Is the disk you're trying to use an Upgrade or Full
Retail version of WinXP? Is it a 64- or 32-bit version? Did you use it to
install/upgrade to WinXP on the old computer? Is it still installed on the
old computer? Was an OS ever installed on the new unit?
