Install Problem

I am trying to download Microsoft's AntiSpyware. I get
as far as clicking on "RUN" when I get the message:

C:\Documents and
Settings\user\LocalSettings\temporaryInternetFiles\Content
..IES\AP3W95VA\MicrosoftAntispywareInstall[1].exe is not
a valid Win32 application

I have tried repeating the download several times with
the same result. My OS is MS WINXP HE Ver 5.1. And I
have the SP2 already downloaded. My MS IE is 6.0 if that
makes any difference.

Thanks for the help. Figured out the problem. I wasn't
downloading it as the administrator. Duh!
