Can't validate

I can't run IE because every time it is started it is
immediately hijacked. When I tried to validate Microsoft's
antispyware tool a window was opened--and immediately
hijacked to a gambling site.

If I can't validate that I'm running windows because IE is
constantly getting hijacked, how can I download the tool?

You can bypass the validation by checking the "No, do not
validate Windows at this time, but take me to the
download." radio button and then 'continue'
