Initial startup Win XP Pro

I have two computers running Win XP Pro. On 1 computer when you boot up it
does not go to welcome screen, it log directly into my account, on the other
if I change option to not use welcome screen it shows the box wanting a
password, which if I hit enter it starts up, I would like it to skip this
and just log into my account. Any ideas.
