Unable to log you on because of an account restriction

I have my administrator coming up in my normal boot up welcome screen on
WinXP Home. However, when I enter my password, I get the "Unable to log you
on because of an account restriction". Am I not suppose to be able to log in
to admin on normal boot in Win XP? I can go into admin in safe mode just fine.

That's the limitation imposed in Windows XP Home Edition. See:
