Admin Password change

Hi There,

I created a new Admin Password today and then when I tried to log on I got
the message 'Unable to log you on because of account restriction'.

As I did not have an Admin password before doing this I am somewhat
perplexed as to why I am locked out, particularly since I can log on using
the new password if I boot in Safe Mode and use the Admin Account.

Any suggestions ? thanks for any help.
