login to XP pro

I am running Win XP pro ,there are three accounts on my computer.all password
protected, but when i start the computer it does not go to the welcome screen
and it directly logs me on ,I tried fixing it by going to the systen
tools/account users and use the options there no luck.
Any suggestions please

Hi,

Start/run "control userpasswords2" (without the quotes).

Check the box requiring a username and password, click apply/ok.
