Incomplete Upgrade

I attempted to upgrade from Home to Pro. Install stalled at the 33 minutes left until complete at the installing devices phase. The program reboots to setup and does the same thing over and over. I had to install home in a separate partition to get back to work. Would like to complete upgrade and recover my .pab and .pst to load into outlook
